Verstoppende ingrediënten in cosmetica bij acné.

Wist je dat ook in natuurlijke cosmetica ingrediënten zitten die acne kunnen veroorzaken en erger kunnen maken?

Vaak denken we dat als iets 100% natuurlijk is dat dit dan totaal geen kwaad kan voor onze gezondheid. Nou is het wel zo dat natuurlijke producten minder agressief zijn dan chemische ingrediënten, maar de verkeerde natuurlijke ingrediënten op de huid kunnen ook veel leed veroorzaken! Veel natuurlijke cosmetica zijn niet gemaakt voor de acné huid en veel van deze producten bevatten dan ook oliën die verstoppend werken zoals; amandelolie, kokosolie, olijfolie en avocado olie.

Veel acne huiden zijn gevoelig voor deze vette olie soorten vanwege hun grotere poriën.
Zonnebloemolie, Jojaba olie, Castorolie en Squalane zijn acne safe en verstoppen dus niet de huid.

Er zijn meer dan 120+ poriën verstoppende ingrediënten in cosmetica die ervoor zorgen dat er acné ontstaat bij mensen die gevoelig zijn voor acne. Dus de juiste producten op de huid smeren zorgt al voor heel veel verbetering op de huid.
Ongeveer 90% van de klanten die bij mij komt smeert de verkeerde producten op hun huid. Ik kan niet duidelijk genoeg zijn hoe belangrijk het is om jouw producten te controleren op comedonen triggers in jouw cosmetica, ook make-up en zonnebrandproducten.
Als klanten bij mij komen vraag ik dan ook altijd om hun producten mee te nemen, zodat we zeker weten dat deze niet verstoppend werken op hun huid!

Zelf werk ik in mijn praktijk wel met 100% natuurlijke producten, omdat ik geloof dat deze producten de huid op een zo natuurlijke manier kunnen ondersteunen in het helingsproces van de huid en onze hormoonhuishouding zo min mogelijk verstoord. Maar omdat ik precies weet wat wel en niet kan bij huidproblemen zal het nooit gebeuren dat jij met de verkeerde producten naar huis gaat!
